General Information
The method of magnetic pulse defectoscopy is based on the method of recording the electric pulse power (ECG) of the pulsed magnetic field, which exists as a result of the induction of current in the column, through the receiving winding.
-Determination of perforation intervals in NKB and belt missed columns (packers, mandrels, valves, centrifuges, lanterns)
-Detection of defects located along the device and in the perpendicular area.
-Examination of wells with magnetic properties, pump-compressor and belt leaks.
-Determination of the integral thickness of the metal in the columns of NKB and belt.
-Examination of wells with high pressure in the mouth
-Determine the working range of the pressure gauge, the density of the fluid and the zones where the boundaries of oil and gas flow in the well (construction of the flow profile).
-Approval and restoration of the colon register.
-Determination of perforation intervals, interpretation of defectoscope indicators.
-Recording of temperature anomalies in determining the tightness of underground equipment.
The flaw detector is made of corrosion-resistant metal and is used in wells with no more than 30% hydrogen sulfide content.
