1.Introduction

This technical manual describes the principle of operation of the well device (hereinafter the device) Thermometer-LM (Thermometer + coupling locator) and the structure of the equipment, as well as includes the necessary schemes, designs, technical characteristics to ensure full functionality of the device.

The instructions show the sequence of all types of work (operation, repair, adjustment, adjustment) performed by the user with the device from the time of commissioning of the equipment.

The technical manual includes structural, functional and principal electrical diagrams, drawings of the general appearance, description of the components of the device.

When studying the technical instructions, as a visual aid, direct acquaintance with the device is recommended. Upon inspection of the device, the covers and other protective elements used in transportation are removed.

The device is designed for operation with Weber-01, Kedr-02 logging stations and 7000-meter, three-core cargo geophysical cable.

Only those who have passed the safety examination are allowed to work with the well device.

2. Purpose

Thermometer-LM (Thermometer + Coupling Locator) well device is designed for oil and gas wells at a temperature of 150 ° C and a hydrostatic pressure of 140 MPa, for the registration of magnetic marks, control of coupling joints and determination of thermometry dimensions. The device works with one or three-core armored logging cable with a diameter of more than 100 mm, oil or water-based, filled with washing solution, in oil and gas wells, up to 7000 m.

3.Technical capabilities.

Temperature measurement range from 10 to + 150 ° C.

Sensitivity of the temperature measuring channel – 0.1 ° C

The ratio of the Myftalar locator to the signal amplitude is 4: 1 according to the sound level.

The well is fed by a direct current through a logging station. In this case, the voltage applied to the input of the device does not exceed 200V.

The power consumption of the device is 7W.

For the well device, the upper limit of hydrostatic pressure is 140 MPa.

Ambient operating temperature range -10 to + 120 ° C.

The device is ready for operation in no more than 15 minutes after connection.

Under normal climatic conditions, the device operates continuously for 8 hours.

When the ambient temperature unit is at the upper limit, the continuous operation of the device is 2 hours.

1.4 The structure and working principle of the device

In oil and gas wells, the well device converts the information received from the locator into current pulses, and the information from the ambient temperature into a unit of voltage, processes the information in the device’s circuit and transmits it in a digital format via a geophysical logging cable to the logging station.

The well device is fed from the logging station.
