General Information
The Weber 5 IK76 well is operated in oil and gas wells and provides the determination of the assumed specific electrical resistance (FXM) through 5 IR probes.
The measuring device uses five three-winding IR – ZI025, 3I050, 3I075, 3I125, 3I200 probes. All probes consist of a common receiver winding, a single measuring path, and operate at the same frequency (100 kHz). The active and reactive components of the assumed conductivity for each probe are recorded simultaneously. The probes are housed inside a non-conducting glass-plastic container.
The device performs rapid analysis of the presence of hydrocarbons in the reservoir layers, including terrigenous sections. The induction logging method makes it possible to conduct research without galvanic contact between the probe and the environment.
